Emilio Suggs — Charleston, West Virginia

Currently leading expansion efforts in the Charleston, West Virginia market, Emilio Suggs studied at The City College of New York and joined Surmount four months ago. He values the strong culture of the business and the opportunity it provides for continuous personal and professional growth.

Emilio’s goal is to step into a management role while strengthening his leadership habits and ultimately building a successful sports management company. Outside of business, he has a strong passion for sports and enjoys reading, watching, playing, and discussing them.

Sung Kim — Fort Wayne, Indiana

Focused on developing strong business fundamentals and leadership through continuous learning and growth.

Currently leading expansion efforts in the Fort Wayne, Indiana market, Sung Kim studied at the University of Texas at Dallas and joined Surmount in May 2024. He values the opportunity the business provides to learn about leadership, management, and the fundamentals of building a successful organization.
Sung’s goal is to grow his office into one of the top-performing locations on the tracker. Outside of business, he enjoys painting as a creative outlet.

Rachel — Tampa, Florida

Passionate about personal development and helping others grow through mentorship and new experiences.

Currently building the Tampa, Florida market, Rachel brings a background as a full-time Executive Assistant in rehabilitation services and a part-time acting instructor. These experiences strengthened her ability to mentor others, build confidence in people, and create supportive learning environments.

Rachel is motivated by her husband, her future family, and the goal of retiring her mother while creating the ability to give generously to others. A fun fact about Rachel is that she has never broken a bone.

Magaly — New Britain, Connecticut

Currently expanding the New Britain, Connecticut market, Magaly attended the University of North Texas in Denton and has been with Surmount for seven months. She values the personal development the business provides and the opportunity to serve and support the people around her.

Magaly’s goal is to grow her market while helping others step into leadership roles of their own. Long-term, she is committed to continuous self-improvement, retiring her father, and creating a life where she can support both her family and the people around her. One of her dreams is to own a large ranch where her entire family can come together.
