Carson Baylor is driven by growth and the desire to create greater opportunities for himself and his family. His background includes work in an automotive warehouse and at the front desk of the Hilton Hotel, where he developed strong customer service and communication skills.

He values the welcoming culture and growth-focused environment of the business. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Kassie Johnson is motivated by building a future she can be proud of while creating a better life for her family. Before entering the industry, she founded and operated KJ’s Cleaning, gaining valuable leadership and business experience.

She earned a Criminal Justice degree from Hill College and enjoys expressing her creativity through crafting.

She is motivated by maintaining a strong attitude and mindset each day and believes that perspective plays a powerful role in personal and professional success. A unique fun fact about ScyDayah is that all the girls on her paternal side of the family have names that begin with “Scy.”
